This policy covers the Lance Tech Systems executive assistant ("the application"), a private administrative automation tool operated by Carlos Knight. The application is used to manage email, documents, calendar entries and business records across accounts owned or controlled by the operator. It is not offered to the public.
When you sign in with Google and grant consent, the application may access, for the account that grants access only:
No other Google account's data is accessed.
Data is used solely to carry out tasks the operator directs: organising and triaging email, filing and retrieving documents, tracking calendar events, deadlines and follow-ups, and preparing drafts for the operator to review. Processing happens on the operator's own computers and private servers.
Data accessed through Google APIs is not sold, rented, or transferred to third parties. It is not used for advertising. It is not used to develop, improve or train generalised artificial intelligence or machine-learning models. Limited data may be passed to a language-model provider strictly to perform an operator-requested task (for example, summarising a specific email); it is not retained by that provider for training and is subject to that provider's enterprise data terms.
Data is retained only as long as needed to perform the requested tasks and to keep the operator's own records. It is deleted on request. Local caches and logs are cleared periodically.
The application's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
You can revoke the application's access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
